recognizes the importance of updating their knowledge

understands the need for continuous personal and professional development

recognizes the importance of ethical behavior in the trainer’s work.

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

preparation and conduct of exercises in which leadership behaviors are exhibited, participation in activities, reveive more 51% points on the examination test
