Learning outcomes:

The student knows:

- social functions of fine arts and the role of these arts in personal development, basic means of artistic expression and important concepts in the field of fine arts, specific features of artistic creativity of children of different ages and young people, the importance of artistic creativity for manual, emotional and intellectual development, objectives of artistic education, programme content, methods of stimulating artistic activity and interest in art, principles of constructing educational situations.

The student is able to do it:

- use concepts from the field of visual arts and freely move around in the issues they define, introduce their pupils into these issues, perform a formal and content analysis of a child's artistic product, link knowledge about the development of a child's artistic creation and means of artistic expression with specific educational situations, search for sources of inspiration, stimulate artistic activity of students and their interest in art, design educational situations on their own.

Level of activity in the classroom

Degree of substantive and methodological correctness of self-developed scenarios of art classes

Passing partial tests in the scope of issues discussed in literature and in classes

Level of activity in the classroom

Degree of substantive and methodological correctness of self-developed scenarios of art classes,

working with the method of projects in the field of visual arts, integration of music and visual arts in the process of shaping the aesthetic culture of students as the realization of one of the projects

Preparation of a multimedia presentation on the art of the child and on the issues discussed in the classes and literature on the subject.

Performing artistic works on the surface and in space during the classes, getting acquainted with various art techniques. The student may miss 2 classes, credit for the grade.
