| Pełny opis: |
(tylko po angielsku) Full course description How to develop the employee’s communication, assertiveness, creativeness or managing skills? How to teach managers, team workers, client service etc.? How to work with group during a training? Psychoeducational groups – one of active learning methods – are directed to developing psychosocial skills by management of small group’s dynamic in service of training goals. We will examine the basic assumptions of modern active learning included in andragogy and experiential learning. We also examine the basic guidelines of trainings’ planning with particular emphasis on training goals and objectives, and on the relationship of group dynamic with process of learning psychosocial skills. As an outcome, the students formulate the goals and objectives of the psychoeducational group which is targeted to work setting and develop the detailed project of short psychoeducational group. During the class students will work mainly in small teams, discussing selected issues from literature and own experience, and practicing the application of guidelines into work area. They will also have the opportunity to receive group feedback on parts of own project of psychoeducational group. Theoretical issues will be presented during short mini-lectures and developed in proposed literature. |
