The lecture presents currently developed tools for modeling and analyzing complex biological systems. |

Learning content: Modeling of genomic instability; models of transposon element proliferation (Fischer spatial model); Genomic rearrangements, changes in chromatin organization and dysregulation; Molecular processes on the scale of the proteome (modeling of proteolysis); Models integrating genetic and metabolomic data; Models of biochemical reactions (deterministic and stochastic). |
