Pełny opis: |
(tylko po angielsku) I. Theoretical part covers: physicochemical properties of nanomaterials containing silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), mechanisms explaining bioactivity of AgNPs and methods that can be used for their synthesis and characterization. Application of such methods as spectrophotometric methods (UV-vis, FTIR), scattering methods (DLS), microscopic methods (TEM, HR TEM, SEM, AFM), thermal analysis (TGA, DSC), spectrometric methods (MALDI) in the characterization of nanomaterials will be a subject of the classes. II. Experimental part consists: acquiring skills in advanced techniques of nanomaterials’ synthesis and characterization. During the classes students will be familiar with a number of physicochemical methods allowing to characterize nanomaterials. According to the project an experimental part consists synthesis and characterization of AgNPs stabilized with the selected bioactive ligands such as anti-inflammatory drugs, natural amino acids and peptides. |
