(tylko po angielsku) Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, and selecting a qualified person for a job. The process is meant to not only evaluate the candidate but also evaluate how the candidate will fit into the organization. The course on recruitment and selection addresses the following topics: • methods and tools of professional selection • planning the recruitment and selection process and procedures • efficient evaluation of candidates’ potential |
