A variety of educational methods is applied to introduce concepts and challenges of internationalization including: field studies, case studies, Oxford debate, action learning, guest speakers and workshops. |

(tylko po angielsku) International Management course aims to introduce basic concepts of management in international companies including: born global companies, multinational corporations, social enterprises, alliances and networks. Theoretical background includes: Born global companies (McDougall/ Oviatt 2000) Multinational corporations (C Young, S Ghoshal – 2016) Alliances and networks (Gulati, 1998) The Uppsala internationalization process model. (Johanson & Vahlne, 2009) A variety of educational methods is applied to introduce concepts and challenges of internationalization including: field studies, case studies, Oxford debate, action learning, guest speakers and workshops. Speakers will include CEOs / Managing Directors of International Business Ventures, and experts from the International Trade Center. Case studies include: Audioteka, Nissan-Renault Alliance and Phenicoptere. |
