Full description:	Extensions of the standard courses in probability. Topics usually include the Laplace transform, generating functions, and applications of probability theory to real-life problems and to other branches of mathematics.

Learning outcomes:	(in Polish) 1) poszerzona wiedza z teorii prawdopodobieństwa, 2) umiejętność samodzielnego uzupełniania szczególów dowodów, 3) umiejętność przygotowania wystąpienia na zadany temat i przeprowadzenia poszukiwania w literaturze, również w języku angielskim. 4) umiejętność usystematyzowania wiedzy i wygłoszenia referatu na zadany temat, 5) umiejętność zredagowania tekstu matematycznego.
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	(in Polish) Zaliczenie na podstawie wygłoszonych referatów i złożenia pracy licencjackiej.
