Because of the specifics of this course, there is no permanent literature here.

Knowledge

1. The student has the basic knowledge concerning legal and social aspects of informatics, in particular concerning intellectual property, privacy and civil liberties, risk and liability associated with computer systems (K_W12).

2. The student knows the general principles of forming and development of individual business based upon the knowledge in the field of informatics (K_W12).

Skills

1. The student is able to acquire information from expert presentations, literature, Internet and other credible sources, she or he is able to integrate it, interpret it as well as draw conclusions and formulate opinions based upon it (K_U02).

2. The student is able to communicate (employing various techniques and tools) both in the professional and non-professional environment, she or he is flexible and open to arguments of potential opponents (K_U04).

Competences

1. The student understands the need of continuous education to sustain personal development or to be able to change her or his specialization or even profession (K_K01).

2. The student understands and appreciates the importance of intellectual integrity in his or her own and others' activities; student behaves ethically (K_K03).

3. The student understands the extent of the profession of the computer specialist; it is able to think and act in an enterprising way (K_K06).

To get credit one has to write comments and suggestions. They will be taken into account during the preparation of the next editions of this subject.
