The main goal of the Laboratory is to introduce students to the basic electronics and experimental methods used in various branches of physics. |
Full description: |
The main goal of the Laboratory is to give introduction to the basic experimental methods used in various branches of physics. Under supervision of laboratory staff students perform experiments related to: - solid state physics, - optics, - subatomic physics. Experiments are performed individually. Time period that is necessary for one experiment is from two to four weeks. As a summary of the experimental work the scientific report is prepared. Two exercises are required. For a final grade the experimental work, the report, as well as the preliminary exam and final discussion are taken into account. |
