(in Polish) The content of the lecture is the following: Quantum time-dependent perturbation calculus. Electric dipole and magnetic dipol transitions. Absorption and refraction coeficients. Maxwell equations. Theory of linear response. Dielectric function. Kramers - Kronig relations. Absorption edge and excitons. Direct and indirect transitions. Optics of phonons. Optical properties of semiconductors with an electron plasma. Spectroscopy of shallow impurities. Optical transitions in low-dimensional systems. |
