Prerequisites (description):	The aim of the laboratory is to get the students acquainted with specialized experimental techniques used in investigation of semiconductors.
Short description:	Within the laboratory, a student has to carry out two laboratory works which are evaluated on the basis of written reports.
Full description:	(in Polish) Tematy ćwiczeń wraz z krótkim opisem są przekazywane przez pracowników Zakładu Fizyki Ciała Stałego koordynatorowi pracowni, a następnie udostępnione studentom pod adresem: http://www.fuw.edu.pl/~zfcs/index.php/iii-pracownia.html. Studenci wybierają i realizują w ciągu semestru dwa ćwiczenia.

Learning outcomes:	A student: - knows the basic research techniques used in semiconductor physics; - knows how to carry out research measurements; - knows how to treat the data and interpret it; - knows how to write a report on the investigation carried out
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	A written report evaluated according the the standard evaluation scale, one per each experiment.
