Short description: |
Course on liquid chromatography hyphenated with mass spectrometry is offered aimed to broaden understanding the idea of ths analytical technique. The fundametal aspects of mass spectrometry are described containing different analysers, ionization sources, fragmentation spectra, typical modes in MS, practical applications od LC/MS. The course covers the stationary classes and e-learning courses, in which students solve tests and homework. Lessons are in the first part of semester. |
