Short description:

Fieldwork related to the presentation of sediment and forms of sculpture for their genesis links climate change.

Full description:

Presentation deposits and relief forms, resulting mainly in the Quaternary, the rise and subsequent transformation were closely related to climate change, caused directly or indirectly by the presence of ice sheets during the Pleistocene and interglacjałami. The course takes place in Poland and Ukraine.

Learning outcomes:

The student learns the Quaternary sediments, glacial, lakeside and wind power. Students can relate to the type of sediment forms of sculpture and is able to distinguish between young-glacial areas of old-glacial.
