Learning outcomes:

On completion of the course, the student:

- identifies and describes anthropogenic soils;

- has knowledge on soil origin, which helps to define the methodology for the determination of soil properties, analyze the application and usability of anthropogenic soils, including its storage, and develop measures to limit the negative environmental impact of anthropogenic soils.

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Students are assessed based on individual work on reports and experiments. A final written assessment is planned at the end of the classes. After successful completion of the classes, the students are allowed to pass the course. Completion of the course is in the form of a final written examination encompassing the knowledge presented during the classes and lectures.
