The lecture is for polish students. During the conversion the position and role of soil in the system landscape are presented also the basic description, systematics and interpretation of soil. The lectures are in the classroom.

Full description:

The main theme of the seminar is to place the soil in the landscape ecosystem and its role as a component of the indicator, both in natural conditions and altered by human activity.

The course aims to develop the ability to interpret the soil profile as an indicator of the state of geosystem and interpret the results of laboratory analysis. In addition, the student's perfected knowledge about the taxonomy and the rules of describing Polish soil and the soils of the world, facilitating the use of archival and new sources of information and the execution of the characteristics of soils in the students’ papers.
