History of the Middle East from Selim III to the "Arab Winter"

Full description:

The Middle East is one of the more complex parts of the World and the roots of its complexity lies in its recent past and in its relationship with the West. The course will focus on the history of the Middle East, highlighting the main issues that shaped the Region and still influence it nowadays.
