After finishing the course student: - Knows sources of IHL and its scope - Classifies persons and objects - Classifies situation as an armed conflict - Identifies principles of IHL (protection/conduct of hostilities) - Is aware of contemporary challenges to IHL - Analyzes examples of violations of IHL - Is prepared to undertake studies of third degree S1_W03, S1_W06, S1_W09, , S1_U01, S1_U03, S1_U04, S1_U05, S1_U06, S1_K04, S1_K05 |
