Prerequisites (description):	The lecture is addressed to students interested in spatial planning as well as in legal aspects of investment process.

Short description:	The purpose of this lecture is to present regulations related to spatial planning and land development regulations in Poland and in particular in context of preparation of construction and the role of spatial planning in land development.
Full description:	The concept of spatial planning; the role of spatial planning in land development; the genesis of modern spatial planning regulations; sources of law related to spatial planning and land development; the normative model of spatial planning in Poland (at state, regional and local levels); general principles of spatial planning; spatial planning vs property rights; subjects of spatial planning; concepts of conditions and directions of spatial planning; procedure of establishing local master plan and consequences of enactment of the plan; financial consequences of enactment of the plan; normative aspects of land development in areas not covered by master plans - the concept of planning decision (decyzja o warunkach zabudowy) and decision on localization of investment of public purposes; situation of the real estate owner, investor and third person in the process of spatial planning.

Learning outcomes:	(in Polish) Po ukończeniu konwersatorium student: – analizuje przepisy prawne związane z planowaniem przestrzennym, – rozpoznaje problemy związane ze stosowaniem prawa planowania przestrzennego w tym zwłaszcza z gospodarką przestrzenną na poziomie gminy, – wyjaśnia pojęcia właściwe prawu planowania przestrzennego, - identyfikuje znaczenie planowania przestrzennego w procesie inwestycyjnym i gospodarce nieruchomościami.
