Full description:	(in Polish) Prawo rynku kapitałowego jest dziedziną w której łączą się zarówno prawo prywatne, prawo administracyjne jak i zawiera elementy prawa karnego. Stąd też dobór wykładowców z katedr prawa handlowego i administracyjnego.
