Prerequisites (description):	The block of classes is providing introduction to axiological foundations of law. It will allow students to better understand philosophical, cultural and historical conditions of contemporary law against the background of contemporary European culture.
Mode:	Blended learning
Short description:	On the one hand, the classes cover general issues explaining the concepts of axiology and legal axiology. The classes will also familiarize students with the axiological foundations of various legal cultures in macro-comparative terms and with historical and doctrinal issues that help them better understand contemporary axiological disputes. On the other hand, the student will obtain knowledge about the axiological conditions of individual branches of Polish law, such as constitutional law, criminal law and public commercial law.
