  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;

  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;

The aim of the workshop is to let students gain knowledge about the specificity of the professional and educational situation of selected social groups

Short description:

The aim of the workshop is to let students gain knowledge about the specificity of the professional and educational situation of selected social groups, and to acquire knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis of professional problems of these groups, to present offer of consulting projects addressed to these groups and to acquire the skills necessary to plan appropriate advisory activities.

Full description:

1. My place in the society and results of my social position related to my professional situation.

2. What's different about us?

3. Opportunities and threats in the modern labor market on the example of selected social groups.

4. Stereotypes and myths versus reality - diagnosis of problems.

5. The problem of marginalization and exclusion and ways of counteracting.

6. Unemployment and social stratification.

7. Advisory activities - information, unemployment and marginalization counteracting, professional activation, promoting professional activity (on the example of implemented projects / nationwide and local initiatives).

8. Selected social groups and their specific professional situation / position on the labor market: CV generation (Young people on the labor market), graduates, women (differences in the occupational situation of women and men), mothers and people returning to the labor market after a long absence, people with disabilities , unemployed people, people 45/50 +, emigrants, foreigners, people living in the city / in the countryside, people with different levels of education, convicts.

9. Acquainting with the offer of advisory activities on the market addressed to the above groups.
