  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;

  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;

Prerequisites (description):

The aim of the modular classes is to introduce students to problems of media education, which is analyzed from both the educational and socio-cultural perspectives.

Short description:

The increasing role of media in modern world affects the process of education and training, human functioning in the society, the processes of communication, and participation in culture. During each modular course, students will analyze variety of problems, which are resulting from the influence of media on a man, society and culture. Students will supplement theoretical knowledge with practical skills of how to use media during interships in media-art institutions.

3. New technologies and the creative process

4 Intership in media-art institutions
