  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;

1 The term mission, vision and goals of the project.

2 Choosing the organizational structure of the project (the division of labor, estimating time, cost and resources.)

3 Development work on the project schedule (Gantt chart, assign resources to tasks).

4 Monitoring and evaluation of the project (project control system features).

5 The project budget.

6 Leading a team project (team organization

design, interaction in groups).
