Short description:

The subject working with group which consists of children and teenagers with special educational needs. The issues brought up are aimed at showing particular problems which the class headmasters encounter at school and at the nursery school. The classes determine the issues of the cooperation of the teacher with parents and with the environment. The ail of workshop will be also the development of competence in counteracting the discrimination and reject on the group due to "otherness" of the appearance and functioning. The class also involves an exchange of experiences and reflection on the student training.

Full description:

The aim of the workshop extend the competence and abilities essential to acting as the teacher is a purpose of the workshop and for the class headmaster. The program of classes includes knowledge of the dynamics of working with a group - with class. Also shown will be the principles of the personal rules of approach to children with psychophysical dysfunctions of different kind pupils causing education problems. The issues brought up will include the forming of competence in effective communication with pupils, fostering the motivation for taking the school initiative, supporting them in dealing with problems. Discussed issues will also concern the cooperation with parents of the pupils. Workshops will also cover negative attitudes and behaviors towards the otherness of the other man in the school environment as well as reflections and impressions concerning education situations and interaction at school which students purchased in the course of undergoing student’s training.

- indicates the nature of the problems which teachers face at schools and at nursery school;

- characterizes forms of cooperation teachers with parents and with the environment;

- can contact student with all kinds of difficulties on functioning, stimulate the desire to act, support in dealing with the problems;

- can cooperate with parents of students.

(attitude)

- understands the dynamics of working with a group (class) consisting of children with various difficulties in functioning;

- understands the nature of the behavior of children and young people with different educational needs.
