Short description:

The purpose of the training is to make participants familiar with principles, methods, techniques and strategies of creating an effective task group and assisting in its operation. Conditions conducive to arising optimal interpersonal communication within the group will be discussed, as well as ways of solving problems and conflicts within the group and by the group. The purpose of the training is to enhance social skills of participants and supplying them with knowledge about ways of creating skills of this kind in a task group. The training will be finished with the realisation of students' own animation projects.

The purpose of the training is to make participants familiar with principles, methods, techniques and strategies of creating an effective task group and assisting in its operation. Conditions conducive to arising optimal interpersonal communication within the group will be discussed, as well as ways of solving problems and conflicts within the group and by the group. The purpose of the training is to enhance social skills of participants and supplying them with knowledge about ways of creating skills of this kind in a task group. The training will be finished with the realisation of students' own animation projects.

    describes and lists the different types of task group

    knows the techniques to motivate actions

    recognizes the needs of the group from different perspectives

    presents examples of the solution to these needs

    knows the basic techniques of diagnosis and evaluation of group activities and projects

    student specifies the aim and course of action for the task group

    uses techniques and constructs tools for evaluation

    documents the project activities

    communicates the project results

    carries out a critical analysis of the activities accomplished

    student endeavours to enhance the effectiveness of each group member

    individualizes strategy for each group member according to the current needs of group

    appreciates the contribution of each member to the group, seeing both his/her strengths

    and weaknesses

    when dealing with the group is guided by a sense of fairness and respect for both the

    individual member and the group as a whole
