The objective of the course is equipping students with the knowledge and abilities allowing them to independently prepare the training/workshop. |

The objective of the course is equipping students with the knowledge and abilities allowing them to independently prepare the training offering, taking into account the training needs analysis, formulating the training objectives, designing programs and scripts, preparing class modules utilizing the effective methods of working with adults. |

Knowledge: student 1. possesses structuralized knowledge in the area of training design and evaluation 2. knows the basic terminology associated with the domain of trainings 3. possesses knowledge in the area of diagnosing of training needs 4. knows and understands the principles determining the preparation of a training process 5. possesses knowledge in the area of training evaluation tools Abilities: student 1. is able to independently acquire knowledge allowing him to understand the functioning of adults in a training situation 2. is able to independently design and conduct a training process combining knowledge from different domains 3. is able to critically assess a training program, outlining its benefits and deficiencies 4. is able to prepare an execution procedure of an educational undertaking in an organization 5. is able to adequately select basic training evaluation tools Social competencies: student 1. effectively cooperates with the team involved in preparation, conducting and evaluation of training activities 2. has a sense of responsibility for the executed organizational and diagnostic processes associated with the preparation, conducting and evaluation of the training activities |

The requirement for passing the course by students is successful preparation of a series of tasks. |
