Students learn about the learning process in an organization. Procedures for identifying the educational needs of the entire organization, groups / teams and individual employees. It can evaluate the effectiveness of the adopted educational solutions |
Full description: |
The purpose of the course is to provide knowledge about how to recognize the educational needs of a company in the context of adult learning. There will be educational needs from three levels: organization, job groups and individual employees. The stages of the educational needs analysis process and the techniques used in each will be discussed. Students also learn the procedural approach to managing employees' intellectual capital and the role of system solutions in organizations based on the use of employee knowledge. Students will analyze individual organizational solutions based on employee learning and identify their profitability. |

Written test. Passing the subject to the assessment on the basis of the lecture content (test) and the project to analyze the educational needs of the students |
