Prerequisites (description):	(in Polish) Założeniem przedmiotu jest uświadomienie ogromnego znaczenia różnic indywidualnych między uczniami w procesie kształcenia.Chodzi o uzyskanie przez słuchaczy wiedzy i umiejętności nie tylko w zakresie określania zróżnicowań między dziećmi w różnych płaszczyznach np. rozwojowej, kulturowej, społecznej ale też skutecznego ich wykorzystywania na rzecz rozwoju i edukacji uczniów oraz ich integracji społecznej.
Short description:	Subject matter includes problems connected with the issue taking into consideration individual differences in education. The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic theories and classifications describing and explaining individual differences between children, and their implications for teaching and educational process. They are also being presented tools of diagnosis and possibilities to support individual needs of pupils.

Learning outcomes:	After completion of the course the student is able to: -Identify determinants of individual differences among pupils -Identify and diagnose abilities and developmental deficits of the student -Adapt the teaching and educational process to meet the specific needs of the student due to its ability or developmental dysfunction -support and develop student abilities, using appropriate methods and strategies -stimulate the child development
