Short description: |
1. The aim of the course is to provide the students with tools and ways of overcoming the changes in their lives, works and organisations. A flexible attitude towards changes in lives is an effect of the learning. 2. Content: Changes that we come under require various attitudes and strategies. Key moments and the kind of changes that we deal with: the changes that occur and come against our will are very important. 3. Method: Discussion session and classes 4. Full-time students / OGUN 5. Conditions for receiving a credit: writing a paper using acquired skills and recommended readings. |

The aim of the lecture is to be familiar with: • The economy of the change • Various kinds of changes • The kinds of prompted changes • Seven principles of making changes in an effective way • Subtle way of making a change • Key moments of the change • Positive differences of changes • Creating habits • Steps of creating a habit • Forming the habits • Using needed skills in the life • Acceptance of sudden changes • Ways of handling a failure • Moderate effects of stress and pressure • Presupposition of the failure and criticism • Necessity of changing the emotional state in a moment of crisis The rated total number of hours a student is required to spend in order to achieve the expected learning outcomes defined for the course: 30 + 25 |
