Short description:

The aim of this course is to provide an overview of different methodological approaches to questions asked by political psychology.

Throughout the course we will discuss up-to-date research papers which will focus on different both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Through the lenses of methods used students will be provided with an overview of political psychology as an area of scientific inquiry.

Learning outcomes:

After completing the course students are:

 able to explain the strengths and weaknesses of research methods and designs applied to current topics in political psychology

 able to formulate an appropriate short research proposal addressing a research question related to current topics in political psychology

The aim of this course is to provide an overview of different methodological approaches to questions asked by political psychology.
