Students will broaden their knowledge about employees' attitudes towards their work and the organization employing them. First of all, problems related to job satisfaction, commitment to the organization, engagement in work, perceived organizational support and person-organization fit will be discussed.

Students will broaden their knowledge about employees' attitudes towards their work and the organization employing them.
