Short description: |
Students will broaden their knowledge about employees' attitudes towards their work and the organization employing them. First of all, problems related to job satisfaction, commitment to the organization, engagement in work, perceived organizational support and person-organization fit will be discussed. |
Learning outcomes: |
"Knowledge: the student knows the terms and concepts describing the employees' attitudes towards the organization and work performed. Skills: student is able to apply knowledge to planning and implementing activities supporting the functioning of employees and organizations, attitudes: student applies acquired knowledge, maintaining an understanding and sensitive attitude to the good of the individual." |
