Role of analysis in manager decisions and organization of analytical work in enterprise - classification of economic - financial decisions - criteria of making decisions: efficiency, proficiency, risk - participation of manager in procedure: economic analysis - diagnosis - estimate - determinants of economic form of enterprise - analytical services: structure, competences - sources of information - quantitative and qualitative; formal and informal - kind and classification of economic analyses according to different criteria - diagnostic reports: presentations forms and analysis results use 2. Methods of economic analysis - EXAMPLES - inductive, deduce methods; analysis of structural economic phenomenon - methods of comparison and deviations of levels of economic phenomena - method of model systems of inequality - techniques of factor's analyses - interpretation and conclusions - use of simulator methods in decision analysis 3. Learning outcomes:	After completing the course student: - knows an object of the economic analysis companies in various areas - knows with what methods to effect the economic analysis - determines criteria of the economic appraisal of the enterprise - can formulate conclusions from analysis and the arrangement of the report - is able to apply methods of the economic analysis - is explaining economic-technical and financial occurrences in various areas of the enterprise - can put economic diagnoses and assess companies the economic condition
