Short description:	(in Polish) Poznanie wiedzy i technik umożliwiających opanowanie stresu permanentnego i stresu impulsowego. Osiąganie pewności siebie oraz pozytywnej samooceny. Poznanie skutecznych technik oddechowych oraz unikatowego zestawu ćwiczeń „ISOLLATION ANTYSTRESS”.
Full description:	(in Polish) Prezentacja zestawu specjalistycznych ćwiczeń przeciwdziałających silnemu stresowi w sytuacjach dyskomfortowych i stresogennych. Teoria automotywacji antystresowej. Budowanie własnej wartości. Ćwiczenia praktyczne. Trening otwartej postawy w środowisku zawodowym. Cele i marzenia - budowanie planu. Świadoma likwidacja myśli autodysfirmujących oraz rezygnacja z nieustannego „zamartwiania się”. Autosugestia i autoafirmacja. Ćwiczenia praktyczne.
