ECTS credit allocation (and other scores): 1.00 Basic information on ECTS credits allocation principles:
  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;
  • the student’s weekly hourly workload is 45 h;
  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;
  • work required to pass the course, which has been assigned 3 ECTS, constitutes 10% of the semester student load.

To familiarize students with the construction and functionality of content management systems. Design and implementation of a website based on the selected CMS system.

The main goal of the subject is to present the role and principles of content management systems. Basic CMS tasks are discussed. Implementation issues are also presented. The basis for passing is to create your own project based on the criteria presented in the first class.

Knowledge: The student is able to discuss the construction, functionality of content management systems and be familiar with the market for CMS

Skills: Student is able to design a website based on CMS. The student is able to create a website with given functionality based on the selected CMS system.

Social: The student is aware of the importance of implementing a good project and elements of a website based on CMS in the context of team-building complex websites.
