Prerequisites (description):	(in Polish) Znajomość języka chorwackiego na poziomie umożliwiającym lekturę popularnonaukowego tekstu lingwistycznego.
Short description:	Presentation of current linguistic situation in Croatia. Problems of social and territorial differentiation of Croatian language will be discussed, so as the description of main characeters of linguistic system in confrontation with Serbian linguistic standard. The attetntion will be given also to traditions and methods of linguistic research in Croatian in 20th century.

Learning outcomes:	(in Polish) Po zakończonym cyklu wykładów student zna zróżnicowanie regionalne i społeczne współczesnego języka chorwackiego; umie wskazać i wykorzystać różnorodne źródła do samodzielnej analizy poszczególnych problemów funkcjonowania współczesnego języka chorwackiego; potrafi w praktyce zastosować poznane zasady gramatyczne, adekwatnie do konkretnej sytuacji komunikacyjnej.
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	(in Polish) Kryteria oceniania: 1. Zaliczenie wykładu na podstawie obecności, ocena końcowa na podstawie wyników egzaminu ustnego. Dopuszczalne dwie nieobecności w semestrze, każdą następną nieobecność należy zaliczyć, omawiając na dyżurze lektury z listy lektur obowiązkowych i uzupełniających, wskazane przez prowadzącego. 2. Na egzamin wymagana jest: – znajomość zagadnień przedstawionych na wykładzie (50% oceny końcowej), – znajomość lektur obowiązkowych (50% oceny końcowej).
