The bachelor's seminar is devoted to the broadly understood contemporary interpretive contexts of Russian drama, to getting acquainted with the most important historical, literary and theoretical concepts related to issues related to drama. The Russian dramaturgy will therefore be considered in the broadest possible context:

starting from new interpretations of classical drama, through new forms created on its basis, reception in critical works, intertextual contexts, contemporary theater exhibitions, transformations and borrowing of motifs and threads. As part of the seminar, issues related to the genre specificity of drama and the process of drama development will be presented and systematized, which is aimed at enabling students to write a thesis.

An important element of the course is also direct preparation to write a BA thesis.
