Short description: |
Classes are carried out in the form of workshop exercises. They are aimed at broadening the repertoire of social behaviour, improving the basic skills necessary to increase the efficiency of work during and after graduation. Participants will be able to motivate subordinates better to collaborate, as well as they will be capable of more competent manage working time and practice, themselves and the team, provide feedback, thus contributing to a significant improvement in the quality of communication in the group. |

Upon completion of the course, the student: Skills: K2_U10 Plan and organise individual work and policy, organise and guide the team. Independently plan and implement the process of self-learning, including expertise and targeting others in this area (reference to the second-degree characteristics of the Polish Qualifications Framework Obtained through higher education and science after obtaining a full qualification at Level 4: P7S_UO Organisation of work/planning and teamwork; P7S_UU Learning/planning your development and development of other people; P7S_KK). Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
One condition for passing the subject is compulsory attendance at classes in accordance with the Details of principles of study at the Faculty of Applied Linguistics (resolution no. 114 of the LS Division Council of 19 December 2017). Classes will be conducted in the form of exercises. Active participation in the exercises means substantive participation in at least 50% of the classes. Fieldwork is planned. The final grade comprises: Active and substantive participation in classes (50%) Written work (50%) The final deadline for submitting a paper is the date set by the teacher during the first or second class. Students absent from these classes are required to obtain information from the teacher conducting the class. Grading scale: 0‒49%: 2 50‒60%: 3 61‒70%: 3+ 71‒80%: 4 81‒90%: 4+ 91‒100%: 5 Additional knowledge: 5+ |
