Short description:	C.1.1./ C.1.2./ C.1.3. In the class all four skills of a foreign language will be exercised 1/ hearing 2/ speaking 3/reading 4/writing. The subject of the class contains widely presented everyday's situations and cultural aspects of the German speaking countries in particular. The syllabus can be extended by aspect which the students are especially interested of.

Learning outcomes:	During the course, participants will acquire basic language skills according to the level B2 measured by the scale of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	Student has to write three tests and two short essays, should be prepared during the classes and actively participate. The student is required to work at home. Only two unexcused absences in a semester are allowed.
