The aim of the lecture is to introduce students to the issues of relations between public authorities and participants of legal relations in the context of the phenomenon of social interventions. The subject of the lecture is to establish the legal forms of regulating human freedom and rights as a form of social intervention. Human dignity will be characterized as the basic plane of social interventions and various freedoms and human rights in the context of social interventions.

3. Legislative standards for the regulation of human rights and freedoms and the limits of the activities of public authorities in the context of social interventions

4. The national system of human rights protection in the context of social interventions

5. International and European systems for regulating human freedoms and rights in the context of social interventions

6. Human dignity as a key area of ​​social interventions

7. The right to a fair trial and the prohibition of punishment without a legal basis as a determinant of social interventions

8. Compensatory liability of the state for damages caused by unlawful actions of public authorities as a framework for social interventions

9. Personal freedom and the right to privacy in the context of social interventions

10. Property and other property rights in the context of social interventions

11. Freedom of expression in the context of social interventions

12. Freedom of economic activity in the context of social interventions

K_U02 is able to critically select information and materials necessary to formulate recommendations in the field of public policies, using various sources and using modern technologies

K_K05 is aware of the existence of ethical dilemmas related to the planning, implementation and analysis of social interventions, as well as cooperation with various actors of the public sphere

K_K09 is reflective and critical towards the problem of social differentiation and social inequalities as the subject of social interventions

Written exam. It consists in writing a dissertation on a given topic.
