The course aims to develop the productive and receptive skills in Modern Standard Arabic at a high level of proficiency through reading, translation, analysis and discussion on various types of texts, as well as lexical exercises, with particular attention to legal and economic vocabulary. |

The course aims to develop the productive and receptive skills in Modern Standard Arabic at a high level of proficiency through reading, translation, analysis and discussion on authentic texts (news and commentaries on law and economy, legal acts, trade documents, legal and trade counselling etc.), as well as lexical exercises, with particular attention to legal and economic vocabulary. The course responds to the needs of students who are learning MSA for professional purposes. |

Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
Attendance control. Max. two absences (4 hours) are allowed in a semester. In case of absence due to illness, a medical certificate should be submitted within seven working days from the last day of the leave specified in the certificate.
