Short description:	Reflection on the mechanism of formation and the process of leadership - "becoming" a performative perspective of leadership, relational and axiological
Full description:	Reminder of the idea of sociological theory of subjectivity as a starting point for reflection on leadership; outline of the history of thought on leadership; terminological issues (definition of leadership, leadership and power, leadership and management); performative approach leadership - "from the community to the community of necessity"
Learning outcomes:	(in Polish) 1. Uporządkowana wiedza na temat podstawowych pojęć z zakresu socjologii oraz historii myśli o przywództwie. 2. Umiejętność zastosowania uzyskanej wiedzy w działaniach społecznych. 3. Umiejętność samodzielnej analizy i prezentacji problemów badawczych. 4. Zrozumienie konieczności i umiejętność pracy zespołowej. 5. Zrozumienie konieczności nieustannego kształcenia.
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	(in Polish) Kryteria oceny: - aktywne uczestnictwo w zajęciach, oceniane na bieżąco przez prowadzącą, - końcowe zaliczenie ustne na ocenę. Waga tych dwóch kryteriów składowych w ocenie końcowej będzie identyczna. Dopuszczalna liczba nieobecności podlegająca usprawiedliwieniu – 2.
