The aim of the class is students’ familiarization with selected elements of European Union and Council of Europe information systems. |

The aim of the class is students’ familiarization with selected elements of European Union and Council of Europe information systems. Practical exercises teach basic search for information and documentation of the European Union and Council of Europe on the Internet and usage of their databases. Student’s workload: class - 30 hours preparation for class = 30 hours preparation for practical exam - 30 hours altogether = 90 hours |

After the course a student: - knows information systems of the European Union and of the Council of Europe, - can recognise and find basic types of EU an CoE documents, - can use advanced computer tools to collect data, - can search information, - understands the need to update his/her knowledge on Europe. |
Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
The condition of admission to the final pass are: attendance and correct completion of all tasks. The final grade in the subject will be issued based on the result of the final credit, which will consist of solving 5 tasks. To complete the course, you must properly complete at least 3 tasks. |
