ECTS credit allocation (and other scores):	2.00 Basic information on ECTS credits allocation principles: the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS; the student’s weekly hourly workload is 45 h; 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes; weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS; work required to pass the course, which has been assigned 3 ECTS, constitutes 10% of the semester student load.

Short description:	The main aim of this workshop will be to practice 3 soft skills crucial from the point of view of employers, i.e. communication, critical thinking and creativity.
Full description:	The main aim of this workshop is focusing on developing key soft skills pointed out by employers in national and international research, i.e. communication, critical thinking and creativity. We will encourage reflective thinking during learning activities, work with self-assessment and experiencing. The outline of the course (4 classes): Soft Skills Club (introduction, rules, technology) Communication (assertiveness, responsibility, intent, good question) Critical thinking (perception, memory, heuristics, logical thinking) Creativity (setting boundries, iteration, mistake, what mistake - when you are creative there is no such thing as a mistake) Attention! Course, or its fragments, may be conducted in English. Student's workload: reading of the course material - 10 h preparation to the final exam - 5 h total - 15 h

Learning outcomes:	After completing the course student: 1. Communicates assertively; 2. Uses techniques supporting critical thinking; 3. Uses techniques supporting creative thinking; 4. Self-assesses own competencies.
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	Course completion and certificate will be granted on the basis of: students’ presence and active participation during all 4 classes, short essay reflecting on the course (300 words), completed self-assessment form.
