Prerequisites (description):

Health declaration - after knowing the ruls of the sport section of the University of Warsaw I declare, that Im healthy and I can fully take part in these exercises. In case of any difficulties, I will inform the teacher.

Short description:

Fitness STRONG Nation ™ is aerobic and strength training in one. To make intervals about the prepared music to the prepared music, it motivates to release. STRONG Nation ™ is a comprehensive training of the whole body, elements of martial arts, dance and aerobics.

Full description:

Fitness STRONG Nation ™ is a program, improve the condition and endurance of the whole body through a combination of strength exercises, using your own body weight and high cardio intensity. The effectiveness of this dynamic movement is experienced through plyometric exercises, functional in 3 planes of movement and oriented towards stabilizing and strengthening the body.

It is a dynamic, high-intensity training with music involvement. Along with perfectly synchronized music creating an innovative program that stimulates participants to act, that they exceed their limits and achieve results. The music in STRONG Nation ™ has been created in such a way as to increase the intensity of exercise. It is a MOTIVATOR that gives you an amazing experience and makes you want to exercise harder and more.

Classes are available for everyone, also for non-students.

During the classes, each of the exercises is presented with different variants of advancement, so that the program can be modified according to individual needs and becomes suitable for people of all conditions. A standard lesson lasts approx. 60 minutes. It is divided into:

- warm-up

- 4 exercise quarters (each for about 10 minutes, between them)

- cooldown (cooldown, equalizing the heart beat and relaxing muscles)

Learning outcomes:

Students:

- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;

- will be able to exercise safely;

- will learn how to work in a team;

- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;

- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;

- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
