Prerequisites (description): | Health declaration - after knowing the ruls of the sport section of the University of Warsaw I declare, that Im healthy and I can fully take part in these exercises. In case of any difficulties, I will inform the teacher. |
Short description: |
Students will improve proper seat and balance. They will be acquainted with the basic elements of dressage (and jumping techniques).

The classes are held in horse-riding center: - Stajnia Pepeland (Kolejowa 378 st., Dziekanów Nowy – you can get there by suburban line Łbis from the Marymont underground station). - Stajnia na Kępie (Lipowa 11 st., Skierdy - you can get there by suburban line L41 to the Lipowa bus stop) For more information please contact the coordinator: Ms. Anna Kudelska, email: email: an.kudelska@gmail.com The Physical Education and Sports Centre reserves the right to change the course curriculum depending on the fitness of the students. The classes are open to any persons, including non-students. |
Learning outcomes: |
Students: - will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning; - will be able to exercise safely; - will learn how to work in a team; - will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy; - will be able to use sports equipment correctly; - will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff. |
