Full description: |
Yoga classes have been inspired by hatha yoga with the Iyengar method, which has been the most popular form of yoga in Poland for years. Hatha yoga practice is based on asanas, that is yoga poses, which aim to strengthen and purify the body, increase its flexibility and calm and control the mind. Students will learn concentration, breath control and body relaxation, which will enable them to better handle stressful situations in everyday life. In addition to body modelling as well as increased joint flexibility and muscle strength, yoga practice brings a lot of health benefits by influencing internal organs and the nervous and endocrine systems. The classes are open to any students of average physical fitness. We will begin with simple poses, gradually moving to more difficult ones, though not above the intermediate level. Both students who start from scratch and continue yoga practice will benefit from the classes by learning or improving their skills. |
