Prerequisites (description):

Health declaration - after knowing the ruls of the sport section of the University of Warsaw I declare, that Im healthy and I can fully take part in these exercises. In case of any difficulties, I will inform the teacher.

Short description:

Dance classes based on the dance technique: commercial, jazz, hip-hop and latino.

Full description:

Ladies Dance is a class that focuses on fully expressing your female expression through dance. Participants of the classes learn basic dance steps and short choreographies. Apart from learning the dance technique and choreography, during the classes, stretching exercises and strengthening individual muscle groups are also used. The acquired skills are the basis for creating your own choreographic arrangements. The classes are dedicated to women. Classes are available for everyone, also for non-students.
