Short description:	Physical preparation of participants for the ski season.
Full description:	The classes will prepare students for the ski season. During the exercise we will focus on strengthening muscles which are needed for effective and safe skiing. Additionaly, during exercise students will improve theirhealth as well as mental and physical condition, develop optimum standing position and get knowledge about the effect of physical exercise on the body. Students will follow the basic elements of training: - sprint exercises; - power exercises; - endurance exercises; - exercises to strengthen the body and protect against injuries.
Learning outcomes:	Students: - will know and understand methodology of physical preparation for the skiing season, - will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning, - will be able to exercise safely, - will learn how to work in a team.
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	The basis for passing the subject is systematic and active participation in it.
