Topics include, filing of charges, discretion of the District Attorney, Search and Arrest Warrants, The Exclusionary Rule, Stop and Frisk,California's Three Strikes Law, Sentencing, Probation, Diversion Programs, Appeals, The Death Penalty, Jury Trials and Jury Selection, an Opening Statement in a Murder case, The Hearsay rule, The Miranda Rule, Plea Bargaining , and Victim -Witness assistance Programs.
